Contemporary Performance Choreography (Open Level) with Sandria
The workshop offers a safe space for dancers to step out of their comfort zones, explore group dynamics and space, and approach contemporary choreography and performance from new perspectives.
Contemporary Improv Concepts (Open Level) with Ida
Unlock your creative potential through improvisation. In this class, dancers will explore innovative movement ideas and learn techniques to expand their dance vocabulary. You'll discover how to use your unique style to shape and inform your improvisation.
Sandria STornig
Sandria is a dance artist and movement scientist based in Graz. She has worked as a freelance dancer, teacher, and choreographer, with performance experience including the Australian contemporary circus Circa and Le Grand Macabre at the Vienna State Opera. Her focus is on contemporary dance, physical storytelling, and creating inclusive, safe spaces in the performing arts.
Currently, she’s part of an interdisciplinary dance research team at the University of Graz and now shifting her focus toward choreography, movement direction, and research.

IDA Adlgasser
Originally from Salzburg, Ida (she/her) brings a wealth of expertise to dancers through her extensive training in classical ballet. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in primary education, along with advanced pedagogical training in dance education, specializing in "Dance in Schools" in Vienna and Salzburg.
Ida has a wide range of dance experience, from her classical ballet training at the Salzburg State Theatre to working as a choreographer and teacher for all age groups. She developed her skills further at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London and the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich.
Currently, Ida works as a dancer and dance trainer and performs as Dance Captain in La Cenerentola at the Graz Opera. Guided by her motto, "Everyone can dance," Ida believes in the power of movement to bring joy and confidence to all. She is passionate about inspiring others to discover their own love for dance.
