Foundations Dance Collective Gift Cards

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Foundations Dance Collective OG ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Gift Card Purchase and Value:

   • Gift Cards can be purchased through our official website.

   • Gift Cards are available in denominations specified at the time of purchase.

   • Gift Card values are in the currency of the country where the Gift Card was purchased.

   • Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Use and Redemption:

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards:

   • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.

   • Treat Gift Cards like cash; they will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

5. Non-Transferable:

   • Gift Cards are not transferable, and the original recipient must be the user of the Gift Card.

6. Gift Card Balance:

   • You can check the balance of your Gift Card in-store or by visiting our official website.

7. Promotions and Discounts:

   • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or to obtain discounts or promotional offers.

8. Use Restrictions:

   • Gift Cards may not be used to purchase prohibited or illegal products or services.

   • Gift Cards may not be used for any unauthorized or fraudulent purpose.

9. Governing Law:

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Gift Card was purchased.
