👀 WHAT TO EXPECT 👀
Competitive Dance Intensive (open to everyone): Three intensive days of dance training where you can improve your skills in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, and Commercial. For those applying to the Foundations Competition Team, you will learn a Contemporary, a Jazz, and a Commercial choreography to perform at the audition.
Team Auditions (for those who wish to join the team): Showcase your dance and performance skills. You will be evaluated based on the three choreographies you learned during the Competitive Dance Intensive course. This audition is mandatory for anyone who wants to join the team. To participate in the auditions, please fill out the form on our Foundations Competition Team page and purchase the Audition Workshop Ticket below.

GENIE PATRATHIRANOND
Genie is from Los Angeles and has been dancing since she was 3. Her dance education stems from her time at Gotta Dance Studio, Burbank Media City Ballet, Millennium Dance Complex, and The EDGE Performing Arts Center. She's also danced on several teams. These include Icarus Contemporary, NSU Modern, and Dance Production Graz. Her favorite styles are jazz, contemporary, and ballet.
She currently lives in Graz and is the co-founder of Foundations Dance Collective. She teaches both beginner and int/adv jazz with Foundations, and coaches the Foundations Competition Team.
Genie believes that nothing is comparable to the thrill of learning new dance skills. She shares this unique adrenaline rush with her students by helping them push their limits but always in a safe and technique focused environment.

SARAH KRAINBERGER
Sarah is originally from Graz, Austria and started her dance training at the Graz Opera Ballet School in 2007. She eventually moved to Vienna and continued her education at the Vienna state Opera Ballet Academy in 2012, completing her education in 2019 with a Diploma and Matura. While at the Vienna State Opera Ballet Academy she had the opportunity to dance with the Vienna State Ballet and worked with various international choreographers. In 2018, Sarah danced at the famous Opera Ball under the choreographic direction of Eno Peci.
Further, Sarah placed first at the European Ballet Grand Prix and Gala Performance at the Vienna International Ballet Experience Competition. From 2020 she started her studies in Education and Educational sciences at the University of Graz and taught at the Fachakademie für Ballett und Tanz. There she trained students in Classical Ballet, Pointe, Repertory and Modern.
Sarah is the co-founder of Foundations Dance Collective and currently teaches beginner and int/adv contemporary with Foundations. She also coaches the Foundations Competition Team.

SaraH Tripkovic aka SaSa
The first time Sarah stepped into a dance studio was when she was 4 years old. Now the 28 year old dancer and dance teacher from Graz, Austria can already look back on 24 years of dance training. After over 10 years of ballet and rhythmic gymnastics and another few years of performances and competitions with her show group in her hometown, she started to travel to get international training as well. Along the way she fell HEAD OVER HEELS for the still pretty new dance style in austria - Heels. Almost two years ago she moved to austrias capital Vienna and is now assisting her "heels mommies" @powerpumpsdance - who she took her very first heels class from back in 2018. Since there was no heels training in her hometown back then, she started sharing her passion for heels, teaching classes and started to build her own heels community there. Even tho she is living in Vienna she still travels back to Graz regularly to teach workshops there. Besides trying to take in all the training Vienna has to offer now, she is also teaching her own regular heels classes there - spreading the love, self acceptance, confidence boost and belonging that she felt, when she first stepped into a heels class herself.

Attend the entire Audition Workshop: Competitive Dance Intensive + Team Audition. Dancers who are auditioning for the 24/25 Foundations Competition Team are required to attend all 3 days of the Competitive Dance Intensive to learn the choreos they will perform at the Team Audition.
